The care packages were all delivered from November 14 to November 22.

A big thank you to all of the parents who helped make the care packages and the students who delivered them.

11/14부터 11/22까지 KSLC 케어 팩키지 전달이 모두 끝났습니다.

팩키지를 함께 만들어주신 어머님들,땡큐카드를 정성스럽게 준비하고,각 학교와 관공서에 잘 전달해준 우리 학생들의 수고에 감사를 드립니다.

Tonight a couple of our KOLex parents held a booth at Harrington Elementary School’s International Cultural Night. They prepared delicious bibimbap, japchae, mandu, shikhye, and Korean snacks as well as traditional games, Korean flag stickers and tattoos to entertain the boothcomers. We would like to thank Ms. Eunjoo Lee and the other members who prepared for and attended the event.

11/18 저녁 Harrington Elementary school에서 주최한 ‘International Cultural Night’에서 학부모님이신 멋진 코렉스 멤버분들께서 맛깔진 비빔밥, 잡채, 만두,식혜, 한국의 스낵등과 더불어 전통놀이, 태극기 스티커 타투 등으로 참가자들의 이목과 관심을 사로잡았습니다. 서로 한 마음으로 행사를 준비하시고 협력하여 한국의 문화를 알리느라 수고하신 이은주님을 비롯한 코렉스멤버님들께 진심으로 감사의 말씀을 전하고싶습니다.

This morning, we packaged care baskets to be delivered to the public schools and offices around Lexington. The care packages turned out beautifully thanks to the efforts of the KOLex members. We appreciate everyone who took time out of their morning to come help move items, wrap, and clean up!

오전 렉싱턴 커뮤너티 센터에서 렉싱턴 퍼블릭 스쿨들과 관공서들에 전달할 케어 베스켓을 포장했습니다. 코렉스 회원님들의 수고와 열정으로 케어베스켓이 멋지게 완성 되었습니다!
아침에 일찍 오셔서 많은 물건들을 함께 옮겨 주시고,포장,사진,정리까지 수고해 주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다~^^

Today was a meaningful day where we visited the ‘Veterans Breakfast and Ceremony’ at the Lexington Heritage Hall. KSLC student Scott Kim attended the ceremony to thank and deliver thank you cards made by KSLC students as well as bouquets of flowers prepared by Ms. Sunmi Ma.

Lexington Heritage Hall에서 열린 ‘Veterans Breakfast and Ceremony’ 행사에서 한국전쟁에 참전하셨던 베테랑 세 분께 KSLC 학생, 김승우군이 여러 학생들이 준비한 감사카드와 마선미씨가 준비하신 꽃다발을 전달해드리며 감사의 뜻을 전했습니다.

We would like to thank everyone who attended our fall annual meeting, despite the gray, rainy weather outside. We are so grateful to have heard so many encouraging things and to be further supported by everyone’s payment of their membership fees.
