The KOLex scholarship award ceremony was held. Gabriel Lee was selected and given a Certificate of Scholarship and scholarship money. He worked hard during several events and as a Korean representative for Lexington’s international events. Congratulations to him!
코렉스 장학금 수여식이 있었습니다. 장학금을 신청한 학생 중 KOLex가 주최한 이벤트와 렉싱턴 타운의 인터내셔널 행사 등에서 한국과 관련된 봉사 활동을 성실히 한 우수 학생을 선발하였습니다.
렉싱턴 고등학교 12학년에 재학 중인 이가브리엘(Gabriel Lee)학생에게 장학 증서와 장학금을 전달하였습니다. 축하합니다!

Happy New Year!
Lunar New Year Gala 행사에 회장 신보경씨가 코렉스를 대표하여 참여하였고, 새해 인사을 전했습니다.
KOLex members participated in a meeting offline. They met to translate the 2022 Town Wide Survey. About ten KOLex members volunteered to translate online and offline, and they were able to finish successfully. The Korean version will be available on the town website as well as on paper to allow for more participation in the survey.
We thank everyone who helped to translate.
렉싱턴 타운 서베이 번역 모임이 있었습니다. 코렉스 회원 십여 명이 온라인과 오프라인으로 자원해 주셔서 신속히 번역을 잘 마쳤습니다. 타운에서 한국어 번역본을 온라인과 인쇄본으로 비치해서 서베이 작성시 참고하도록 하였습니다.
번역에 참여해 주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다.
Information about The KOLex Scholarship
Applicants must be the child of a KOLex member who had paid the membership fee for the 2021-2022 school year, and must be a 12th grader for the 2021-2022 school year. The scholarship award is for $200 each for two students. The students will be evaluated based on whether the students actively participated in KOLex events and/or participated in Korea related events in Lexington, or in Lexington public schools.

선발 대상은 2021-2022 연간 회비를 납부한 회원의 12학년 자녀 중 두 명, 장학 금액은 각 $200입니다. 선발 기준은 KOLex의 행사에 적극적으로 참여하고, 렉싱턴 타운 및 학교 등에서 한국과 관련된 봉사 활동이나 행사를 주도하거나 참여한 학생입니다.
